What to expect?

This is not a sales demo. It’s a working session designed to be genuinely useful. On the call, we’ll cover:

Paintbrush

A proper brand and venue chat.

We’ll get clear on who you are, who you’re serving, what the venue needs to feel like, and where music actually sits in the wider experience.

We map that to a music direction.

We’ll translate the vibe into something usable: energy, tone, pacing, and how it should shift across the day/week (so it’s not just “a playlist”).

Checklist icon

You get a tailored follow-up.

After the call we’ll send a short write-up: recommended approach, key dos and don’ts, and how we’d implement it across your estate.

Next steps.

If it’s a fit, we can talk through rollout and pricing afterwards. If not, you still leave with a clear direction.

Frequently asked questions.

Is this a sales call?

No. It’s a working discovery call to understand your brand and venues and translate that into a music direction. If you want to discuss rollout and pricing afterwards, we can, but the call itself is about getting the direction right.

How long is the call?

Typically 20–30 minutes, depending on how many locations you have and how complex the setup is.

What should I prepare?

Nothing formal. It helps if you can describe your venues, your customers, the atmosphere you’re aiming for, and any moments that matter (busy periods, evenings, service style, etc.). That’s it.

Who should join the call?

Whoever owns the brand and customer experience. For multi-site groups, it’s useful to include someone who understands day-to-day ops as well, so the direction is realistic.

What happens after the call?

We’ll send a tailored follow-up with the recommended music direction, key do’s and don’ts, and how we’d implement it across your estate. If you want to take it further, we’ll outline the next steps.

Do you work with multi-site estates?

Yes. We can create a consistent sound across the group while still allowing for differences between locations, dayparts, or concepts where it makes sense.
